Last weekend Blue Collar and Scholar had the pleasure of presenting a whisky tasting tour through the distilling regions of Scotland paired with some amazing dishes prepared by Chef John D. Walls of Culinary Magic.
We started our tour in the Lowlands of Scotland with Auchentoshan Three Wood. Chef Walls set the tone for the evening with a perfectly paired Roasted Radish Salad. The salad had chives, spring onions, baby greens, creme fraiche and honey mustard vinaigrette grilled asparagus.
